Freddy is the best =)

KUANTAN: A team of five local engineering students have come up with a novel way to help drivers deal with the nagging problem of having to turn down the music to answer calls on the handphone.

The final-year students of Multimedia University in Cyberjaya, designed an ” intelligent audio muting system” that can automatically switch off the music coming from the car speaker when there is an incoming call.

And when the driver ends the call, the system will switch the music back on.

All this for less than RM30.

The team won the top prize of RM5,000, trophy and certificates from the Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Ministry for the designs and innovations category yesterday.
The team hopes to commercialise the idea. Project leader Freddy Tan Kheng Suan, 23, said they heard about the competition organised by the ministry and decided to try their luck with their design.

You never know you will touch someone who are world changer tmr.

almost 2 years ago, there is a little cute guy with dimple join us for life game. before that he join us few times for our church event such as cg and Christmas Service but he nv responded to the gospel.

Finally he responded in his heart to the game he played in life game (please join! if u nv experience before. It is meaningful even for the Christians, If you are not Christians, also join… they are meant for you =) ).

He only accepted Christ in a special occasion in one of our cg gathering, so awesome that Ricky lead him into salvation prayer during holy communion time =)

He is such a encouraging brother who brings lots of encouragement and fun and nv ending jokes to people around us.

I really inspire by him on yesterday testimony.

I do not know why I rejected offers from Intel, those big companies offers for internship In Singapore & in Penang. I turn down the offer for getting good salary and good career… but I stay back in Puchong in a small company, low salary and very busy life. Coz I know Cyberjaya cg needs me in this time.

I also start giving my building pledge.

And coz of this i have the oppurtunity to join this c0mpetition. Designs and Innovations competition held at the Hari Pengguna Malaysia 2009. Even though I am busy for work & competition. I still join prayer meeting, sunday service, even to reach out. Most of the nights I rush for the projects until 4 or 5 am in the morning, the next day I still go to work then at night continue to serve GOd.

there is 1 time i forget about prayer meeting, that night is the very important night to have final meeting with team members coz the next day is submission day. I still go for the prayer meeting and trust God to do the rest.

and I am selected to top 5 and win the first prize for this competition.

I am glad to know him in my life time, shared and inspired by his life.

Hi, hows everyone? I’m good here! I have a lot of stories want to share with you all.. lets me share this with you first because i need you guyz to pray together with me…

One of my housemate, Cai ying had a toothache last 2 weeks. We online searched for dentist near to our apartment but the price is very expensive for the consultation. So me and another housemate, Yin Wei,pray for her everyday and we asked help from the pastor in church. Pastor told us he has a dentist who would be glad to see my friend and check out her tooth. His name is Dr. Wuensch.

Thank God that the dentist gave my friend a free treatment – root canaling. This treatment is very expensive in US and i think my friend will not able to afford the treatment fees. God is very great. He open the way for her and gave her this free treatment. wow!!!!!God is good!!!

My friend was very touched n she almost want to cry when she got to know the treatment was free. She asks Yin Wei what is bible all about, who is Jesus, What is God…. yet she still not ready for the salvation.Me and Yin Wei pray for her everyday.  hope you guyz do pray with me and Yin Wei as well! We want to share the good news to our housemate since we stay together for 4 months. We don’t want to waste this golden opportunity.

So please do pray with us together! Appreciate it very much..hahah
miss you guyz so much…

prayer meeting

Many months ago we are having twice a week of church prayer meeting, then it change to once a month church prayer meeting. the other week we will replace it as student prayer meeting that now has a name called “meet the king”.

At first Joshua is the PIC for the prayer meeting, he approach me to lead pnw for every student prayer meeting … Im like @.@ its not gonna work haha.. mayb coz I am so childish rite while singing. xD so he wants everyone to be childish? ook nonsense..

then now I have change my role to oversee the pnw for student.

First time I do pnw planning, first time I do timetable and face lots of head bang on the wall. Coz has lots of changes for many many rounds. Terence now I understand how you feel XD (if so happen you read this blog haha. )

It certainly is a wonderful experience working with different people from different unit.

And I coudn’t help to get amaze for everytime of SPM coz people are so talented LOL. THe most important thing is people are  happy to serve in the team not bound by duty.

like Yim LIng, she comes every practise to help people in guitar as well as Eugene (well I keep bugging him to come one :P )

so this how its looks like.

we are a bunch of in experience people. so we are starting almost from scratch lol. We don have much musicians now but I think we have a good heart and surprisingly…. I DONNO SAMUEL is SUCH A GREAT GUITARIST!!!!

=_+ N riiiittteeeeee. i just found out Alex Leow know how to use PA system.. APALAH… never tell me earlier pun, i go n seek high and low look for student group ppl to duty PA and u never make a sound XD

then wat happen to our church prayer meeting?

The numbers of people grow for last week church prayer meeting. hahaha maybe its coz we only have once a month of church prayer meeting? Donno but I am glad .

Thank God for student Sunday Service =) finally i see the service actually meeting the needs of student hahaa.. (me either kekeke)

Quick shopping

I get LOTS of stuff on last friday night, before fixing my car =_=

so even though the car fixing money is hurting but I at least get my hormon bit balance on the stuff i bought on friday night which also cost me like RM160+ (=_=!!!!)

I get like mascara, foundation powder,eyeliner, eye shadow, make up remover, facial cotton, a shirt from WHY, eye mask, refreshing pad from SKINLITE and all cost around RM160..

i think i do really quick shopping HAHA.. I buy all these within 2 hours, so u know why I don really shop usually. XD coz i don really enjoy the time looking around sometimes, i do quick decision if i think its wasting time =_+ BUt i use lots of time in looking for dress HAHA coz dresses are complicated things to me :P

ok i try out the new eye liner & mascara plus simple white colour eye shadow.. i guess ah..

i donno.

Good Challenges

U see I do not dare to simply say God test me in this n test me in that.. haha I just dare to say God allows all these to happen lol.

so I had some days there are not so pleasent to me. But I thank God that I had these experience to make my days colourful.

Last 2 weeks, I suppose to do sharing in cg. Then on that day afternoon itself I get called by my manager into the room to hand me the new staff contract. For 2 years I been waiting for this day to get renewed as a better staff of course to be permanant staff. I pray n trust God this day will come, n I like this company very much too.

But I am so much dissapointed coz not only I din get renewed as a permanant staff but I will remain as what I get last year. What comes to more discouraging is when I talk to my leader, my leader thought that I am upset coz I din get increament. Its not all that, i know this company is impossible to give increament to ppl coz of the economic crisis really hit this group of company badly. I know to stay in this company is already really grace from God. But i tot to give better benefit to me will be like minimum requirement?

I felt really sad coz of ppl misunderstanding upon me tot that I am so greedy to ask for promotion or increament. THerefore I straight leave company not long after that coz I cried badly in the toilet.

sudden things happen n I couldn’t stop calm down my emotion that day, then I decided to go back klang and not going to cg. lol thats end up they din see me in cg last 2 weeks.

I angrily ask God why this could happen to me n somemore I got to lead pnw on sunday itself? I think I couldn’t make it this time, however I am truly thank Him coz on the stage on sunday itself. I just thought of (more so like holy spirit promting) If things going worst or not going better, am I really still worship Jesus or not?

then straight I say yes, so I should be trusting Him even things get worst

so I am ok d, surprisingly I am ok hahaha..

then things din get much better when yesterday initially i jus wan to service my car and end up I need to pay RM550 for fixing my car =_=

last month my fixing bill is RM400+, thank John that he paid RM160 if not i can’t pay my rental ( my rental is like more expensive than my future house instalment for one person LOL)… n got to pay deposit for jinnie who jus leaving.

I left not much, again I had heart attact in the morning but again.

I thank God that I have learn to trust Him more =) so I still give my thithes yesterday and pay up my retreat fees.

I thank God for good challenges.

you will only see good things after bad things happen rite so.. I had few free nice meals lol.

and yesterday John’s parents meeting up my parents is really a funny and nice experience.. well.. see John will blog it or not . if not then see how hahahlol.

Pet world Malaysia-2

After seeing different pets n DOGS. Now come to the rabbits…

after the fashion show competition, this competition take out the most time for competition which is breed competition.

To compete the best rabbit you have among ur breed and with other breeds.

There have about 2oo rabbits with 3 breeds. Dwarf Hotot, Holland & Netherlands Dwarf.

Dwarf Hotot

This Rabbit is so CUTE..!! actually the size quite big doesn look like dwarf size lol..

This breeds only have one colour which is white colour unlike the other 2 breeds. N the most special part is the eye. they have one round eye liner cover the eye shape jus like they are wearing eye liner and mascara XD i wan this!!

What the judge looking for is the skin colour, the most beautiful skin & fur will gets higher marks. The rounder the shape of the rabbit also will gets higher marks for the competition, not forgeting the eye as well. The nicer the eye shape and also the eye liner will gets higher marks too.

Holland Dwarf

again it doesn’t look like dwarf size hahaha.

I hope I can have a better camera that day so that can clearly shoot that this rabbit has very fat double CHIN!! the owner must be feeding this rabbit overload. This rabbit have long ears that lay down. And the big round cheek able to make the face look like cute ull dog lol..

Netherlands Dwarf

Finally i see small size rabbits.. I can’t shoot a better picture XD this is my colleague’s rabbit. Only her rabbit looks like this colour. This breed has the most rabbits. So its might be harder to win….

the competition kinda slow, it takes like 4 hours to complete the first round competition.. zZzzzZzz..

One of the rabbit bite the finger of the judge until bleeding… N it it disqualified.. I guess the double chin rabbit might be lose also XD hahaha

the judge very keng ler.. suddenly she say one of the rabbit might get abit too much sun burn ,, im like @.@ how you know the rabbit get sun burn hahaha

I din know the result. Coz 6pm we chao liao..

zzz.. tiring waiting day.. but its fun.. I met Nat there, as usual he bought funny animals back.. I guess his house has turn into a zoo….

Pet world Malaysia-1

I went to this exhibition with RM5 entry and and parking RM8 (how long I nv pay such expensive parking fees d @.@) at Midvalley. Me, siew boon n her bf teman Min Hui to this event coz she wants to brings her rabbit for competition.

I reach there around 12 something in the afternoon, then I have my lunch at Nyonya Colours. John recommend.

the restaurant has quite nice interior and atmosphere.

I order Mee Siam + Honey Chicken.. very nice o

The Sour Plum drink also very very nice!!~~
And Cucur Udang (I felt that cucur udang that I make taste better than this :P )

After tat I go to the exhibition to look for min hui and her sister. When I reach there, the rabbits are having fashion competition, I saw some very “yau yeng” rabbit as the owner make the rabbit’s front hair punk like those leng chai HAHA.. cute nia.. I din see much of the fashion competition.

I walk around places to see different animals.. N I really scare coz the dogs are everywhere >.< especially those looks like very fierce n very BIG size =_=

I first time see Chow Chow, really big size dog look like lion…. According to the ppl there this dogs are very tame.. BUt but.. its still very scary..

Accept without fighting

I remember long long time ago during the time Siew Lin is teaching me about anger management, one of the point she teach me to accept things that happen without fighting with our own strength.

Even though the words are short but indeed it rooted in my heart.

It really works quite well especially for a perfectionist like me.

This morning I want to upload 20 files to shutterstock after waited 1 month (1 month ago i been rejected- please visit www.shutterstock.com if you don get what i mean, erh if still don understand… don find me coz I lazy to explain hahaha)

Just to wait 20 files upload to the site is a really sickening waiting moment coz my office internet really sucks.

i always get the result of “connection interrupted” at the end after 5 minutes waiting.

so I get really restless .. N trying to upload again n again n get really frustrated. coz I tried 1 hour plus d the things still can’t upload.

But when I think of what it means by “accept it without fighting” , suddenly it cools me down..

so from very perfectionist must see things done , suddenly i change my tune of voice to ” ok la.. then we see how.. if cannot upload today.. then try tonight”

so i just accept “connection interrupted” is a fact .. haha and its really no big deal =) (sound like phlegmatic suddenly)

SO i continue trying with “just ok” attitude with many times..finally i realize  that when the brain is calm, i can think wiser!.

I just found out that can upload 1 file at a time instead of 20 file each time!.. previously I tot the files will disappear with try 1 file each time (my friend just teach me to upload 20 files each time)

so I slowly slowly upload 1 file by 1 file steadily..

learn a lesson this morning =)

At the end I am not so perfectionist after all HAHAHA..  (wonder is it the reason that my melancholy decrease liao)

p/s:  I am happy coz my photos are approved ;)
