Opps, laugh too loud

I think I really enjoy my working life in this company.. haha me n my gang (eunice, siew boon, See mei & me).. always laugh out loud in the company pantry. We doesn’t realize our volume isn’t too loud or wat.. until today

as usual we laugh at certain funny things, when the time I came out from pantry.. Just realize Christine curi curi smile at me, and also my team lead jurina. Then i was curious n think whether we laugh too loud.

too ideal expectation

I am having a problem. Coz i am having too ideal expectation on certain things..

Many years ago, I have taught tat to be a leader you need to have certain criteria..

So always in my mind, as a leader u should like this like this like this like this.. non stop like this..

Leaders still human, thru times & teaching. I understand that leaders need grace & love from one another. They need acceptance too (talking about myself) haha.

But still, in my mind there are certain things my mind cant change. There is some priority to be a leader. I don mind a person makes a lot of mistake as long as your heart is there for your team. I don mind you make mistakes as long as you wan to come back and make things better.

But i cant tolerate with you although you are there but ur priority are not fully there, you are being self centered, you want ur own agenda first.

Therefore a lot of discouragement comes in and makes me so disappointed of certain people.

At first I speak to the person, slowly it don works, i scold, slowly i just ignore coz of not to offend the person.

But it jus got worst without my understanding … Until certain point of time it turns to hatred & prejudice. Now I just angry for the sake of angry, just like wat my leader say. There is no point i shuld angry, I am deceived by devil. I no longer to be subjective & analyse before i made judgement.

I all the while thought that I angry for a good cause, but i read an article about quarrel. Quarrels and dispute dis honour God, then I really realize I been displeasing Him all the while.

I shuldn’t set such expectation coz i have no right to judge people. God loves them more than anyone, If God never say can’t and no to them. I have no right to angry… I thought i angry for the sake of good of them, but i just realize i make things worst and I just want to make myself look so righteous & they are sinners. I am deceived, I am just like anyone of the angry person thought that myself is so good and others are bad. I am played & fooled, and cant protect and control my mind by the negative thoughts.

Its been a long time I was trapped… its been months & year.

Therefore I really come before God and ask for forgiveness, help me put down all the false self righteous expectation. I really wan to change to be a better person with acceptance, speech & love. To be real repentance. Change my thinking & feel good about myself once again. :)

Its not easy.. it takes time to recover, its take time for me to humble myself.

If you see I acted funny or angry for no reason. Please remind me & help me in this area. :)

New Day

Yup thanks for the reading here. haha.. OK I jus really Thank God that after few times testing and working on my hardisk, John finally detect my hardisk and now in the misdt taking out my files.

Yup I am emotional and expressive, therefore my blog too become like that :P i really donno is it a good thing or not . haha .. Anyhow if really isn’t a good idea, next time i tried reduce then ..

Yesterday i went to IOI mall, at first John don’t let me go coz i will take bus there & it seems like goin to rain. But i still go coz i don wan to stay at home to sleep.. lol. (i sure nap, then at night cannot sleep again).

So he came after his work meet me at IOI mall, I bought quite no of things. (2 toothpaste free a plate, 2 shower gel, one bucket of prune, one backet of biscuits, 2 maggie, maggie cube and so on). I think he shock ba coz i seems like wan to store up. haha i kinda happy well finally i buy so many things

when the time we want to go back John lost his entry ticket, i am quite worried ah with the amount to pay. Coz im afraid need to fine at least RM50 and above. But is RM20 ah..

so we come down from the parking lot to the information counter, we went to the toilet that we went before and he ask the lady there (worker who collect money for toilet entry) whether she saw the card or not. THen she say yes but someone has took it.

So he tot that he really need to pay that money, But guess wat. Jus at the right time want to pay fine. The lady come n show him the card that she found it!.

I think John must be happy that night yea.. Haha i kinda happy, coz its a testimony :) Thank God you show up at the right time.

yes tonight im going to see the cute dog.. n meet my lovely family :D

Dream Home

When i finish work, the first thinking is to rush back to home. Enjoying the warm welcome of the house people, and simply asking “have you eaten? Let’s go to eat together”.

Then we can go out together for dinner :) or cook together, then.. we can chit chat for a while or helping one another doing house chore.

if one person make a mistake, we will just say its ok. the living room will not be empty all time, the house always have laughter. People will make effort to stay home, make priority for the house. House is about people’s life, we will not hesitate to teach one another and share about life.

Duty will not just remain as duty, is a chance to dicipline and learn.

Rental is to test us about our willingness, with no selfish thought.

we are humble to accept one another differences and appreciate their uniqueness.

I can see life coz we willing to share with one another and bare with one another’s burden just like a family.

When a person cry, another person will be sensitive and care. When a person is in trouble, other housemates will care . When a person make mistakes, the rest will teach with love, we will not be selfish for own benefit, we will be generous.

When a person sick, another person will care and cook poridge for her.

This house will bring hope, restoration, love, care, grace, mercy.

This is a dream. I wish it can come through.
